Return shipping costs

For defective products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any other way.
In case of buyer's remorse (change of mind): The actual return shipping costs will be charged to the customer. This applies when the customer purchases the wrong product, the item is not suitable, or they no longer want it. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to return an item

Pack your item: Repack the item carefully in its original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and documents.

Print the shipping label: We will send you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and attach it to your package.

Return the package: Drop off your package at the nearest drop-off point according to the instructions in the return authorization email.

Refund procedure
